Tricia Hodge is the visionary behind Hodge-Consulting, bringing over two decades of experience in data strategy, program evaluation, and applied research. With a unique background in both external consulting and internal leadership, she excels at helping organizations build the confidence and capacity to use data effectively.

Tricia’s career is defined by a commitment to equity-centered practices. As a former Director of Research and Evaluation at San Diego State University’s Center for Equity and Postsecondary Attainment (CEPA), she led data strategy for multi-million-dollar grants, informing policy and leadership. Her hands-on experience has equipped her to act as a thought partner, helping organizations of all sizes design systems and clarify outcomes.

A true lifelong learner, Tricia embodies a work hard, play hard philosophy. When she's not helping clients, she's teaching and training as a Sensei Black Belt Sandan in karate, often alongside her two daughters. She also enjoys the outdoors, treasured family time, and a good cup of coffee.
